The European Association for Signal Processing (EURASIP) is pleased to announce the winners of this year's Best Paper Awards.

EURASIP Journal on Wireless Communications and Networking (Springer) for : Robin Gerzaguet (associate professor at Enssat and member of GRANIT research team) Nikolaos Bartzoudis, Leonardo Gomes Baltar, Vincent Berg, Jean-Baptiste Doré, Dimitri Kténas, Oriol Font-Bach, Xavier Mestre, Miquel Payaró, Michael Färber et Kilian Roth, « The 5G candidate waveform race : a comparison of complexity and performance », EURASIP Journal on Wireless Communications and Networking, vol. 2017, article n° 13, janvier 2017.

The paper « The 5G candidate waveform race: a comparison of complexity and performance » by Robin Gerzaguet (et al)deals with the different waveforms considered for 5G in a common formalism allowing an exhaustive comparison of the performances expected in the context of 5G. Two implementations are also proposed for specific cases.
