Sujet

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a reference method in neuroimaging; among other modalities, diffusion MRI is particularly suited to study tissue microstructure and brain structural connectivity. Several outstanding numerical challenges are associated with diffusion MRI, we will present an overview of contributions in acquisition design, signal pre-processing and validation.
