REGISTRATION TO EP98 CONFERENCES OR TUTORIALS

Registration fees

The registration fees for EP98 tutorials and EP98 conference are as follows (in French francs; 20,6% VAT included):

Notes:

Special rates for students less than 27 (a copy of the student ID card is required).
EP98 Conference fees include:
- attendance to the Conference
- proceedings published by Springer Verlag
- coffe/tea breaks
- lunches from 1 to 3 April
- cocktail on Wedenesday 1 April
- free registration to the Mont Saint-Michel excursion on Saturday 4 April (including visit fares; lunch excluded).
EP98 Conference fees do not include dinners nor hotel nights.
Each EP98 tutorial registration fees includes:
- attendance to the specific tutorial
- course notes
- coffe/tea break
EP98 tutorial fees do not include lunches, dinners nor hotel nights.
About lunches
- Lunches from wednesday 1 to friday 3 are included in the EP98 conferences fees.
- Tutorial registrations do not include lunches.
- Additional lunches may be ordered either for accompanying persons, or to follow tutorials out of the conference itself. Please tick the appropriate boxes on the registration form.

Registration procedure

Participants to the EP98 Conference or to any EP98 tutorial should print then complete and sign the registration form and return it together with the payment to:

Registration without payment or purchase order will not be considered

Payment

All payments should be made in French currency:

by order form (for French delegates only). Purchase orders should be enclosed with the registration form.
by check. Payment by check should be made payable to "Agent Complable de l'Inria", and enclosed with the registration form.
by bank transfer to Trésorerie Générale des Yvelines,

Please do not forget to state your name and the Conference reference: EP98
by credit card. Please indicate on the registration form that you want to pay by credit card and fill in the credit card information. Accepted cards: Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard.

Cancellation

Fees will be returned in full for any written cancellation received before March 20, 1998 (postmarked stamp). No refund will be made for cancellation received after this date.

PODDP

Registration to PODDP'98 conference shoud be directly made to PODDP secretariat.

RIDT

Registration to RIDT'98 conference and/or tutorials shoud be directly made to RIDT secretariat.

However, registration to the tutorial RIDT1 on colorimetry may be done by using the EP98 registration form

HOTELS

Participants are in charge of their accommodation. Preferential rates have been negociated with hotels close (less than 15 minutes on foot) to the "Palais du Grand Large" (where EP98 stands).
Please print, fill in, sign the accommodation form and return it together with your deposit to the following address preferably before February 15 :
