Brief Vitae

I received my engineering degree from the Superior Engineering School of Statistics and Information Sciences (ENSAI) and obtained a Master of Science in Statistics (DEA) from the University of Rennes 1 in 2002. I have been preparing my PhD degree since 2002 with the VISTA Project at the IRISA . My supervisor is Jean-Pierre Le Cadre. I plan to have defended by end of autumn 2005.

Research Topics

Both estimation and performance analysis for linear/nonlinear filtering problems are the core issues of my research interests.

The major fields of my PhD research can be elicited as follows:

Keywords : hidden Markov models, sequential Monte Carlo methods (particle filter), performance analysis, posterior Cramér-Rao bound , Bayesian estimation, bearings-only tracking, distributed tracking, sensor management.
