Nowadays, the software is not distributed. The goal of this site is to share the resaerch done on the project. The demonstration plateform shows in a concret way the results of this researchs.

›› Description

The IP-Calicot software has been implemented to support the research performed during the Calicot project. Essentially, it is a cardiac monitoring sytem. Its principal functionality is to enable the visualization of the signals recorded on monitored patients as well as the detected events and the recognized arrhythmias. The display can be modified in order to see only desired information (signals, events, arrhuthmias).

›› Architecture

IP-Calicot is implemented in Java and is composed of several modules related to the main functionalities of the software. This architecture allows to encapsulate clearly the different functionalities in such a way that each module correspond to a clinical entity. Indeed, this model integrates a patient notion (implemented as a signal generator), a data server which stores all the information, a diagnoser and a graphical interface located in the patient room (displaying only monitored signals of this patient) as well as in the supervision room (able to display the monitored signals and diagnosis information of evey patients). The execution of each module can be distributed on different machines.
