Nowadays, the software is not distributed. The goal of this site is to share the resaerch done on the project. The demonstration plateform shows in a concret way the results of this researchs.

›› Research topics of the Calicot project

Four main topics are investigated in the Calicot project:

  1. Signal processing for temporal abstraction. The aim is to abstract a numericla signal as a sequence of symbolic events. In the cardic domain the goal is to detect and classify the main waves of an electrocardiogram (ECG): the P wave and the QRS complex.
  2. Temporal diagnosis by chronicle recognition.
  3. Supervised learning of temporal chronicles.
  4. Online adaptation of the supervision framework by piloting the detection algorithms, the tasks and the knowledge bases.
