Demonstrations in medical imaging

The work we are conducting are focussed on the study of  image analysis and data fusion methods in medical imaging applied to :

Brain Imaging Statistical analysis methods for linear and non-linear registration of anatomical and functional data in the context of : Indexing  image databases in neuroimaging (french national project 'Neurobase') Non-linear registration of MRI acquisition of different subjects  Non-linear multimodality registration between anatomical and functional MRI  Cooperation between local and global approaches to register brain images Statistical models of cortical features Segmentation of brain structures  3D Ultrasound  Segmentation of 3D echographies Non-rigid registration of 3D per-operative echographies
