Information to speakers
Oral presentation
The oral presentations are 25 minutes long, 20 minutes for
the talk itself and 5 minutes for questions.
The conference room is equipped with a video projector (speakers have to
use their own laptop) and an overhead projector.
Posters
The total size of the poster board is 1,20 meter high and 0,80 m large, that is A1 format.Velcro adhesive will be provided at the conference to mount posters on the boards.
