Bioinformatics support to Chilean genomics project10h30 Salle Minquiers (B025, à coté de la cafet)
Laboratory of Bioinformatics and Mathematics of the Genome(LBMG) have been working, since 2003, with Chilean scientific community on genomic projects, such as annotation of extremophiles bacteria and RNA-Seq analysis of grape.
In this talk, I will present LBMG experience to carry out these projects, ranging from Sanger to next generation sequencing data coming from prokaryotic and eukaryotes organism.
