Current projects:

  • Implementation of the Logol language. Logol is a highly expressive pattern language with a grammar describing biological structure (word complement, repetitions, substitution or distance ...). It is built to run on a single computer or a DRM system. It also provide graphical editing workflow tool to build the grammars and web-based analyser tools
  • Development of an indexation system for biological data with scalability, high availability and ready to use image for the biology community (SeqCrawler project).
  • Set up of a private cloud

Current Job: In charge of the developments for the GenOUEST bioinformatics platform

  • Installation and maintenance of tools for the grid
  • Development of tools and services to access and use the platform
  • Development of specific tools in collaboration with Symbiose team (dna/protein sequence analysis, pattern search...)
  • Give the platform a larger visibility to the community
  • Develop collaboration with other community teams or private companies
