Short Bio

Piyush received his doctorate in Computer Engineering from Department of CISE at University of Florida in August 2010. His advisor was Dr. Richard Newman. His research interests are in distributed systems, user authentication, mix networks, and cryptographic protocols. Recently his interests have been in cognitive networks, context aware computing, and cloud computing.

Since January 2011, he has joined the Myriads research group as a R&D engineer for European Union's Contrail project funded under the FP7 program.
