CANCELLATION

Fees will be returned in full for any written cancellation received before May 22, 1997 (postmarked stamp). No refund will be made for cancellation received after this date.

LOCAL ARRANGEMENTS

a) Welcome of the participants:
                - on Tuesday June 3 beginning at 8:30 a.m. for tutorials
                - on Tuesday June 3 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Wednesday, June 4 beginning at 8:30 a.m. for conferences.

b) Dinner: the conferences dinner will be held on Thursday, June 5. Please indicate on the registration form the number of additional tickets required.

c) Excursion: all participants will be invited to an excursion to the Mont-Saint-Michel (a night discovery of the Abbaye) on Wednesday, June 4. The dinner will be in charge of each participant.

d) Secretariat: the secretariat will be available throughout the conference.
