EP-ATR Project :
Real-Time Environment Project

This project aims to contribute to the development of methods, techniques and tools for designing and implementing embedded applications, especially in the real-time field. The studied systems range from the smallest (asics, for example, in electronics or in automation) to the biggest ones (avionics, energy, telecommunications, military field). They are critical in terms of safety, their time behaviour is often complex; they are run on various architectures (integrated circuits, distributed architectures, fault-tolerant architectures, etc.) The contributions of the project are based on the "synchronized data flow" model on which the Signal language is built up. EP-ATR is a common project with CNRS, the University of Rennes 1 and the Insa of Rennes.
