The platforms supporting the research conducted at IRISA are:
• GenOuest
Associated with the Symbiose research team at the IRISA/INRIA Bretagne-Atlantique research centre, the GenOuest platform offers bioinformatics tools and regularly updated public data banks. It also handles bioinformatics development projects, as well as offering training.
A holder of ISO9001:2008 certification and the IBiSA label, the platform is one of the Biogenouest technology platforms and a member of the ReNaBi network.
