Claudio Pacchierotti is the coordinator of the European project RĔGO, a 4-year project funded by the European Commission under the Horizon Europe programme. The project aims to develop an innovative set of small, untethered, stimuli-sensitive artificial intelligence-powered robot swarms.

Claudio Pacchierotti is also the co-coordinator of the Dornell - Inria Challenge project. This project proposes an innovative, multi-sensory, multi-modal and intelligent haptic handle that can be easily connected to a wide range of mobility aids. Made specifically to fit a person's needs, it provides a wide range of ungrounded tactile sensations in a portable, plug-and-play format - introducing haptics into assistive technologies at a stroke.
