Express Chip: low-power circuit for digital radio

ExpressChip is a digital circuit made up of a microcontroleur core
(OpenMSP) and of the digital part of a radio transceiver
Low power design technics (power gating, multi Vt, ...) are used.
Why "ExpressChip" : this chip was designed (front and back end) in
only 6 weeks !
Two goals : test of OpenMSP design and get experience with the
ST 65nm bulk cmos technology design flow and its low power design
facilities.
