Soha Farhat

I am a PhD student at the University of Rennes 1 ( Rennes- France) and the Lebanese University (Hadath-Lebanon). My research activities at the IRISA laboratory in Rennes and the Faculty of Engineering in Hadath focus on advanced ressource allocation and access selection algorithms for heterogeneous wireless communication networks, in a multi-operator environment. My studies consider inter-operator agreements for cooperative networking, including network access decision making and inter-operator service pricing. I work as an assistant in the Telecommunication Laboratory at the Faculty of Engineering of the Lebanese University.

Biography

I graduated from the Faculty of Engineering,Lebanese University, Hadath-LEBANON, in 2009. In 2010, I got my Master's degree of Telecommunication and Signal Processing from the Doctoral School of Sciences and Technology, Lebanese University. In 2011, I joined the Faculty of Engineering of the Lebanese University, Hadath, as Telecommunication Lab assistant. And in 2012, my PhD researches began under the supervision of Pr. Bernard Cousin,Dr. Samer Lahoud at the IRISA Laboratory, and  Pr. Abed Ellatif Samhat at the Lebanese University.
