ATMI: analytical model of temperature in microprocessors

Language: C (gcc)
OS: Linux
Required: GNU Scientific Library

Download: atmi-2.0.1

Documents:

ATMI is a C library for modeling steady-state and time-varying temperature in microprocessors. ATMI uses a simplified representation of a microprocessor packaging. If you want to check to what extent these simplifications impact temperature, you must use a more detailed model, like STiMuL.
