Scilin is a Scilab toolbox for sparse linear systems, developed by Aladin Group (IRISA-INRIA) from a basic toolkit for sparse matrix computations: SPARSKIT(developed by Y.Saad, University of Minnesota) and from the mltemplates routines set. (Netlib)
