Registration

The Conference is open to registered participants only.

The registration form should be completed (only one participant per form) online or printed, completed and returned to TOOLS Europe'2000 - Registration office. Your registration form or the receipt obtained after your online registration has to be accompanied by the payment of your fee, otherwise the registration will not be processed. Please refer to the instructions for payment given below.

Fee Structure

The student fees apply for Full-time students. Student registration must be accompanied by a copy of the valid student ID card.

The Regular fees apply to all other participants.

Registrations made until May 5, 2000 qualify for Early Registration. Registrations made after May 5, 2000 qualify for Late Registration.

Registration Fee (All prices include VAT 19,6%)

First solution

Conference registration fee (including VAT)

The Conference registration fee cover:

• Attendance to the conference : technical paper sessions & keynotes
• Conference material, including one copy of the TOOLS Europe'2000 Proceedings (to be published by IEEE Computer Society),
• Lunches and mid-session refreshments on June 5 to 8,
• One registration for the complete evening program (welcome cocktail on June 5, a night visit to the Mont-Saint-Michel Abbey on June 6 and the conference dinner on June 7).

Additional tutorial registration fee (including VAT)

Tutorial registration is on per-unit basis : each tutorial corresponds to half day (about 3 hours of lecture).

The additional tutorials registration fee cover:

• Attendance to the registered tutorials
• Tutorial materials

Additional workshop registration fee (including VAT)

There is an additional fee for the Pattern Workshop.

Note : All Workshops (except workshop 2) will be located inside Mont Saint-Michel. Access is difficult for disabled people.

Attendance to the other workshops is included in the conference registration fee.

Second solution

Package registration fee (including VAT)

The package registration fee cover:

• Attendance to the selected tutorials or workshop
• Tutorial notes and one copy of the TOOLS Europe'2000 Proceedings (to be published by IEEE Computer Society),
• Access to any other event of the conference of the attendance day(s),
• Coffee break of the attendance day(s),
• Lunch of the attendance day(s),
• Access to the social event of the attendance day(s).

Extra Banquet

Payment

Payment in French Francs or Euro should be made in advance by one of the following means :

• Purchase order (for French delegates only). Purchase orders should be enclosed with the printed copy of the registration form

• Cheque. Cheques should be enclosed with the printed copy of the registration form and made payable to the Agent Comptable de l'INRIA.

Cancellation/Refund policy

Fees will be returned in full for any written cancellation before May 22, 2000. No refund will be made in respect of cancellation received after this date.

The organizers reserve the right to amend the program according to unforeseen circumstances.
